We are an author co-operative linked to the well-established literary blog, Writers Review. Hosted by Adèle Geras, Linda Newbery and Celia Rees, Writers Review posts reading recommendations, special features and Q&As with authors.  Contributors so far include Tracy Chevalier, Patrick Gale, Joanne Harris, Anthony Horowitz , Val McDermid and Jane Rogers, as well as many independent booksellers.

Our publishing venture launched in April 2025 with our first three books:  The Poet's Wife by Judith Allnatt, David: the Unauthorised Autobiography by Mary Hoffman, and The One True Thing by Linda Newbery.  Sheena Wilkinson joined us later in the year with Miss McVey Takes Charge, and our first publication of 2026 is Spirit of the Place by Dennis Hamley. The coming months will bring An Ordinary War by Sue Purkiss,  The Hide by Linda Newbery - and possibly more! 

We publish both new fiction and reissues of well-reviewed novels that deserve to reach readers. At the moment we publish only adult fiction, but that may change as we develop.
